As Head of Legal for Supply Unchained, Ashley Underwood KC brings his considerable expertise as a King’s Counsel to bear on all legal matters facing the company. Appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2001, Ashley has built a distinguished career, holding the position of Special Advocate appointed by the Attorney General’s Office, a testament to his expertise in national security matters. He leverages his decades of experience as a public lawyer, specialising in public law, judicial review, national security, and human rights, to provide strategic and insightful counsel.

Ashley shapes Supply Unchained’s legal strategy by providing high-quality expertise, drafting and reviewing key legal reports and opinions, and ensuring all legal advice aligns with the company’s mission and values. His deep understanding of complex legal issues, particularly in areas such as international sanctions and commercial regulations, proves invaluable to Supply Unchained’s operations.
