Nayantara Sriram

Founder & CEO

Nayantara Sriram is the visionary Founder and CEO of Supply Unchained. Her passion for creating impactful solutions began with witnessing injustices firsthand, fueling her work to create pioneering technology to drive systemic change and protect human rights across supply chains on a phenomenal global scale.

A distinguished International Business and Human Rights Lawyer, Nayantara’s expertise is globally recognised, underscored by her being a TED Talk and UNDP Speaker, Forbes 30 Social Impact Europe and Seed Legals Captivating Mission Award finalist. She is a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, with a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick and read Supply Chain Management at the University of Cambridge.

Her career is built on a foundation of legal practice as a human rights lawyer and in policy development, having worked at the World Health Organization, Whitehall and the Special Advocates’ Support Office on access to justice for closed-matter proceedings on security and human rights.

Prior to founding Supply Unchained, she honed her expertise in regulatory compliance and technology consulting at a Big 4 firm, where she led the design and deployment of Human Rights and Regulatory Compliance solutions for diverse industries and built technology solutions for the UK government and public sector bodies.

This extensive experience across human rights, law, technology, and global supply chains culminated in the creation of Supply Unchained. A testament to the solution’s impact, she provided a demo of the Supply Unchained platform at the Houses of Parliament to Rt Hon Baroness Theresa May, the former UK Prime Minister who enacted the UK Modern Slavery Act in 2015. Her leadership at Supply Unchained reflects her deep understanding of the need for robust risk assessment at scale, drawing upon her experience designing and implementing human rights compliance programs for major clients and unwavering dedication to creating a more just and equitable world.
